Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at admin@psychurch.org.
Age Requirement
To create an account on Psychurch Music Platform, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 years old are not permitted to create an account.

Resolution
Review

Cancellation Process
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings and selecting the "Cancel Subscription" option.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, you will revert to a free account with limited access to features.
- Content Removal for Expired Subscriptions: If a creator account subscription expires, the associated music will be taken down after 5 days of grace period. If the subscription is not renewed within 30 days, the content will be removed from the Platform. Reinstating the content requires re-uploading the exact same files, and the Platform cannot guarantee retention of previously incurred statistics data such as number of plays, downloads etc.
Price Changes
- Notification: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If there is a price change, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or through a notice on the Platform.
- User Options: If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. Continuing to use the Platform after the price change indicates your acceptance of the new price.
